This classic-western inspired medallion measures approximately 50mm x 44mm and hangs from a 22.5 inch chain (that closes with a hand-forged hook). It can be worn shorter by slipping the hook through links on the chain if desired! Four Iron Maiden turquoise stones form the pads of a sweet prickly pear cactus, adorned with citrine blooms.
